Successfully Commissioned Large-Scale Bakery Project!
For the Dutch industrial bakery Molenaar Banket BV, Jeremias supplied the complete flue gas exhaust system as well as two exhaust air ducts and two fresh air supply ducts for a total of three industrial baking ovens.
The entire installation was carried out by OBS Techniek and took approximately three weeks to complete.
As part of the project, two baking ovens manufactured by DIJKO and one oven from Van der Pol were connected.
The flue gas ducts for the ovens were implemented using our DW-FU system in diameters Ø150 and Ø400. In total, approximately 90 meters were installed.
The exhaust air ducts were also realized using the DW-FU system. In addition, smoke extraction fans from Exodraft were installed at the outlets.
For the fresh air supply, two ducts with a total length of approximately 50 meters of our DW-KL system in diameter Ø600 were installed.
All vertical external ducts were powder-coated in RAL 7035 (light grey, matte finish).
The planning and execution of the project were carried out in close coordination between the operator Molenaar Banket BV, the oven manufacturers DIJKO and Van der Pol, the installation company OBS Techniek, and the team at Jeremias.

Building Permit Granted
With the planned construction of a modern painting and blasting hall, we are making a targeted investment in expanding our production capacity. Painting industrial chimneys is currently our biggest bottleneck: at present, it is often only possible to fully paint a single chimney within one to two days.
The new hall will fundamentally change this. In the future, up to two chimneys can be fully painted per day—representing a significant increase in capacity and an important step toward shorter lead times.
The new hall will measure approximately 75 meters in length and 20 meters in width and will be divided into clearly defined areas such as sandblasting, painting, and final finishing.
Construction is scheduled to begin in the first quarter, with completion planned for the third or fourth quarter.
