With the planned construction of a modern painting and blasting hall, we are making a targeted investment in expanding our production capacity. Painting industrial chimneys is currently our biggest bottleneck: at present, it is often only possible to fully paint a single chimney within one to two days.

The new hall will fundamentally change this. In the future, up to two chimneys can be fully painted per day—representing a significant increase in capacity and an important step toward shorter lead times.

The new hall will measure approximately 75 meters in length and 20 meters in width and will be divided into clearly defined areas such as sandblasting, painting, and final finishing.

Construction is scheduled to begin in the first quarter, with completion planned for the third or fourth quarter.

The E-FLOW-RS has been specially developed to improve draft in fireplaces with low nominal heat output in single-family homes. With its flue gas fan, it creates a stronger negative pressure in the chimney, thereby assisting with the ignition of fuel.
